About Emily

Emily Bajalia helps businesses turn momentum into clearer strategy, stronger customer relationships, and more scalable growth. Her work spans positioning, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, partnerships, go-to-market planning, and operational execution.

Emily’s advisory approach is shaped by three complementary growth experiences: the scrappy, hands-on reality of building an early-stage DTC brand; the revenue-driving discipline of working inside a Fortune 500 media company; and the strategic perspective of MBA training in finance, general management, pricing, and retail strategy. This combination allows her to move fluidly between big-picture strategy and practical execution, helping founders clarify where to focus, what to fix, and how to build the systems needed for profitable growth.

Emily is particularly drawn to businesses built around taste, trust, community, and founder-led storytelling. That perspective is deeply personal: she grew up surrounded by Arab American-owned businesses that served as the heartbeat of her community. Her work today is a continuation of that legacy, helping brands grow in ways that create connection, foster community, and build lasting value.

As employee #2 at Jane Win, Emily scaled the company through 900% revenue growth and supported its evolution into a profitable, high-growth ecommerce business. She partnered closely with the founder across brand, growth, partnerships, customer acquisition, ecommerce operations, team building, and strategic planning. This gives Emily a practical understanding of what it takes to move from ideas to scalable infrastructure. She brings experience shaping growth strategy and executing the operational, marketing, and customer-facing work required to bring that strategy to life.

Emily earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Finance and General Management. Her consulting and advisory experience spans luxury, apparel and accessories, skincare, and lifestyle. Earlier in her career, Emily worked in advertising and sales strategy at Warner Bros. Discovery across Food Network, TLC, and OWN, supporting multimillion-dollar media partnerships with clients including Anheuser-Busch, P&G, Disney, General Motors, Pfizer, and Wayfair. She also brings a field marketing foundation from KIND, grounding her work in how consumers actually discover, experience, and connect with brands.
